ITEMS OF THE WEEK #2: Blotchy Breaker & Rastron Jacket

WOMEN’S ITEM OF THE WEEK: The Blotchy Breaker

IRIEDAILY Blotchy Breaker

Looking out and seeing the dull rainy weather, the best option is to just stay in bed. But if you have to get out anyway, you should definitely dress rainproof! Our Item of the Week for the girls is therefore the Blotchy Breaker! The two-colored wind breaker with a contrasting leo pattern is wind-repellent. The special coating has a 2000 mm water column*, which makes the breaker waterproof. The adjustable hood also keeps you dry.You can stow your things safely in the side pockets and the chest pocket. The zip in the side seam and the adjustable hem make putting on and taking off easier. The lightly padded windbreaker is also completely vegan and available in the colors “black” and “steelblue”.

*The water column indicates how waterproof a fabric is. To test this, 10cm of the fabric is stretched under a measuring tube and tested in a laboratory. To do this, the water cylinder is slowly filled with water and it is observed when drops appear under the fabric. The water column is increased by ten millimetres per second and the test is completed as soon as three drops have formed. The filling level can then be used to determine at how many millimetres the water has penetrated the fabric.
